How to import data via Binance Exchange API key?

Binance Tax Report API Creation and Moonscape Integration Instructions

Log Into Binance Account

Quick link: click here to quickly navigate to the API management on Binance.

Log Into Binance:

Access API Management:

Navigate to the API Management section found in the top right corner of your profile.
Click on Create Tax Report API.

Please note that each user can only create one Tax Report API, and the tax tool functionality only supports read access.

Security Verification:

Click on "Send code" to receive verification codes via email and SMS from Binance.
Enter the received codes into the input fields.
Confirm the security verification by selecting "Send".

Set Restrictions:

Copy API Key and Secret:

Carefully copy your new API key and Secret. The Secret is shown only once, so make sure to store it securely.

Integrate with Moonscape Web App

Open the Moonscape Web App.
Navigate to the settings or dashboard.
Click on Connect exchange in Settings to add a new exchange connection.

Select Binance Exchange:

From the list of available exchanges, select "Binance".

Enter API Details:

Paste the copied API key and Secret into the corresponding fields.

Finalize Integration:

Confirm your details by clicking on "Add" to complete the integration process.

Congratulations 🎉, you have successfully linked your Binance account with Moonscape. All your transactions will now automatically sync for portfolio tracking and tax calculations.
